Finance Manager

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working with a well respected and established manufacturing business in Doncaster as we assist them in the recruitment of a Finance Manager. They are based within an easily accessible location and have free parking on site.

The purpose of the Finance Manager role is to provide financial support, continuous improvement initiatives as well as managing the budgeting and forecasting process (along with related analysis) for the relevant business units under this roles' remit.

This will be a varied role with duties to include the following:-

* Production of weekly and monthly Management Accounts covering a number of business units
* Managing a team of 5 in Purchase Ledger (Including appraisals, performance management and disciplinaries)
* Production of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
* Responsibility for preparation of financial accounts reporting pack
* Supporting audit files and communication with external auditors
* Continuous development and improvements of internal control procedures
* Supporting senior management and non-financial stakeholders in all aspects of the value chain
* Holding regular meetings with key stakeholders to drive forward operational performance
* Assist ERP development in responsible areas of the business
* Ad hoc business development projects

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified
*Must have experience within a manufacturing environment
*Staff Management experience
*Resilience and tenacity
*Agility to adjust to rapidly to changing priorities
*Demonstrable evidence of engaging internal and external stakeholders
*Strong communicator
*Competent Excel user (Pivot tables and V look Ups)
