Finance Director - German Division

We are recruiting for a Finance Director to lead two German divisional businesses that sit within the divisional structure of our UK Listed client.

As the German Finance Director you will work across two German manufacturing sites, leading two separate teams and supporting two site MD's.

You will have gained at least some of your experience working within German businesses, have a strong cultural as well as technical German Accountancy understanding. You must have specific experience working across Manufacturing, Production or Engineering related sectors and will be fluent in both German and English.

The sites are needing the leadership of an experienced, driven and operationally focused finance leader to drive an anticipated change programme which will include aligning the German division to UK Group reporting standards as well as driving performance and site profitability.

This is a permanent role with the successful candidate required to work across the two sites which are located close to Nuremberg. The successful candidate could be an individual who is living in Germany or on the continent, or is happy to travel over to Germany from the UK for the working week.
