A fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile and rapidly growing organisation has come up within our client, an international Real Estate business, who are looking for an Investment Accountant to join their central London based Finance Investment Team. The successful candidate with will take ownership for all aspects of the financial accounting and reporting in respect of multiple corporate entities, to liaise and report with multiple companies and overseas investors.
Initially offered as a 6 month contract, there is a chance for extension.
Key responsibilities include:
*Financial accounting and consolidation of over 60 company entities,
*Regular liaison with auditors and Investors,
*Providing technical guidance to group companies
*Supporting planning and coordinate the smooth transition of the accounting/financial reporting to the UK Finance function.
This is a suitable role an ACA Qualified Accountant (or equivalent), either straight from practice or with c. 1 years industry experience.
