Job description
My client is a large international organisation that has grown substantially in the last decade. It now has a solid customer base and is expected to continue its growth steadily throughout Europe. This is corporate business which offers great career opportunities. They pride themselves in developing their staff whether it is through study or practical experience and promotions. For that reason it is very rare that opportunities like this present themselves. You must have the following: substantial experience in accounts; intermediate or higher level Excel; experience in the costing of stock, Experience of reconciliations, Margin analysis. Ideally you have the following: balance sheet reconciliations; AAT. Role information: you will be tasked with a pivotal role within the finance department that is linked to 3 main areas. You will be working alongside the Purchase and Sales ledger team dealing with the promotional side of the business. You will also be liaising with the warehouse manager and purchasing department identifying areas of stock retention and cost saving methods. This is a very interesting and varied role that will evolve and change as processes are implemented.
