Job description
Our client is a fully listed US corporation. With impending significant growth they are now looking to strengthen their Tax function. The main responsibilities of the Head of Tax include: leading, managing and developing the international Tax and Treasury function in line with the continued growth of the business; identifying and delivering tax planning opportunities for the group; ensuring all international tax compliance matters are maintained; providing a value-add approach to the management of liquidity, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management; developing and maintaining relationships with the group's core banks and other providers of treasury services. The successful candidate is likely to be a tax professional with up-to-date relevant experience. You will have a track record of delivery at senior management level and be able to demonstrate a strategic vision as well as a hands-on approach. You must be self-sufficient, demonstrating strong presence, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
